Vice Mayor of Ningbo Visited Ningshing
On October 30th, Mr. Zhu Huan, member of the Party Group and Vice Mayor of Ningbo Municipal Government, Mr. Hu Jie, Party Secretary and Director of Civil Affairs Bureau, Ms. Chen Haiying, Vice President of the Municipal Charity Federation, and the heads of relevant departments visited Ningshing Holdings. The purpose of the visit was to learn about the company's development and listen to the company's charity report. Mr. Wu Yigang, Chairman of Ningshing, Ms. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary and other relevant representatives from Ningshing headquarter participated in the meeting.Chairman Wu welcomed the arrival of Vice Mayor Zhu and his colleagues, and thanked the municipal party committee and government for persistent concern and support over the years. Vice Chairman Gao briefly introduced the basic situation and operating characteristics of the company, focusing on the unremitting charity practice for many years.Vice Mayor Zhu fully affirmed Ningshing's innovation and breakthrough over the years, and highly recognized its diversified and professional development, as well as the positive corporate culture and strong sense of social responsibility. He hoped that Ningshing would continue to make new contributions to economic development and charity in Ningbo. At the meeting, he put forward three requirements to strengthen the charity work in Ningbo, which were: the government and the Charity Federation should intensify their efforts to promote the development of charity in Ningbo, enterprises should play the main role in charity, and the society should jointly form a good social atmosphere. These three forces should work together to push Ningbo’s charity work to a new level.

2023 Ningshing Basketball Tournament Ended Successfully2023-10-19After more than one month of 24 marvellous group matches, ten teams (nearly 80 basketball players) finally made it to the final state of the Ningshing Basketball Tournament, bringing a successful conclusion to the Basketball Tournament on October 18th. The playoff game was successfully held in Ningbo Bayi Fubang Basketball Center. Ningshing Hench won the championship, Ningshing Ubay and Ningshing Precision Machinery Group won the runner-up and third place respectively, and the other seven companies won the best organization prize. Mr. Wu Yigang, Chairman of Ningshing Holdings, Ms. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman and Secretary of the company’s Party Committee, and heads of the subsidiaries cheered for the basketball players and presented trophies and certificates to the winners.Ms. Gao Ping delivered a closing speech. She congratulated the winning sports teams and put forward ardent hopes for all the Ningshing staff. She hoped that all employees could sprint to the last quarter of 2023 with the same fighting spirit and vigorous vitality shown in the basketball game, and go all out to achieve the annual goals. She said that the company would continue to create more platforms for employees, so as to help staffs to achieve higher, stronger, faster and better development.

Co-construction Activity Sweetened the Trational Festival2023-09-27On September 27th, on the occasion of Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, Ms. Zhang Huihong, vice chairman of Ningshing Holding Trade Union, and Mr. Qiu Song, secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee, went to Shanxiazhuang Village on behalf of the company's trade union and the Communist Youth League Committee, visited ten low-income poor families, sent them the care and warmth of the company, as well as daily necessities such as rice, oil, moon cakes and fruits.The civilized co-construction between Ningshing Holdings and Shanxiazhuang Village was over three years. During this period, the company has given full play to the leading role of provincial civilized unit, made full use of the advantages in management resources and civilization building, and jointly contributed to the construction of a beautiful countryside with Shanxiazhuang Village through various aspects of the co-construction of civilization activities, such as party building, civilization building, helping farmers to increase their income, helping students and the poor, and volunteering work.

New Strength, New Hope2023-09-20In order to help new employees fully understand the development process, business philosophy, and corporate culture, quickly integrate into Ningshing team, and enhance their sense of responsibility and belonging to the company, Ningshing Holdings held the 2023 newcomers’ orientation training course at New Sun & Moon Yucai Hotel in Ningbo on September 19th. 61 new employees from subordinate companies participated in the training.At the beginning of the training, Ms. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman and Party secretary of Ningshing Holdings, gave a report about the company's development course and corporate culture. The report described Ningshing Holdings’ three transformation stages of development and its history of struggle for nearly 30 years. She requested the new recruits to study, inherit and further the development of Ningshing culture. She also asked them to cherish Ningshing as platform and opportunities the company provides, to develop and devote themselves to Ningshing.Three outstanding senior staff representatives, namely Ms. Zheng Hui, Mr. Wu Bin, and Mr. Wei Xiaobo shared their growth and experiences in Ningshing. The H&R Department representative from Ningshing headquarters explained the Employee manual and the company management system and regulations. In the training, Mr. Liu Shuyin, a practical lecturer, was invited to give a lecture on "Mind and Method of Transition in Workplace Efficiency," to help new employees improve their workplace efficiency from two dimensions: the transformation of managers' thinking and the cultivation of structural thinking.The new employees said that the training content was rich, and that they would sum up, digest, and absorb the training course carefully. They also stated that they would keep up with the advanced workers, be brave in innovation and challenge, strive to grow rapidly on Ningshing’s platform, and devote themselves to a new breakthrough development of Ningshing.
